I am back in Sac now after a long day yesterday. We lost in double OT the other night to LA so by the time we got back to the hotel it was around 12 and we had to get up at 530 to leave for the airport because we had a game that day the travel schedule is crazy. I was exhausted and I don't play I just do my own workouts! We beat Detroit the other night which was good they have only lost 1 game this year.

The technical name for my foot sprain is a liz frank...not good. I will probably have to talk with coach and see if I can take some time off seeing as there has been little improvement.
